Dear customers, our mission is to create high-quality graphics and deliver the best possible safety cards. However, as the number of orders increases, we are compelled to standardize our procedures. If you disagree with any of these terms, please inform Safe4Pax.
Introduction
Agreement on specific customer requirements:
1. Aircraft type
2. Quantity of cards (in pieces) – Minimum number of safety cards not specified
3. A4, A5 format, or custom format
4. Material: PLASTIC/PAPER (specific material must be agreed upon before printing). Safe4Pax offers the option of sending a material sample for a small fee.
5. Indicative delivery date
6. Transport procedure: Czech Post, DHL, other freight forwarding company, or possibly personal delivery
Payment
Payment is divided into three phases unless otherwise agreed in advance:
1. Phase 1 – 30% of the graphic preparation price is paid by the client approximately three days after the start of the work. By then, a significant portion of the card should be ready for the first demonstration. The client will be updated on the production process as agreed.
2. Phase 2 – Upon completion of the graphic work and agreement by the client, the client will pay 70% of the price for the graphic work.
3. Phase 3 – Upon receipt of the shipment, the client will reimburse the printing and transport costs.
If agreed, the final payment can be made along with the second payment.
Realization
1. The client will provide the necessary information, including the original safety cards, relevant manual information, or a photograph of specific security devices.
2. The client will supply the logo, ideally in PDF/EPS or PNG format. If available, a manual with additional information regarding corporate colors or fonts should also be provided.
3. We will stay in regular contact with the client and provide updates on the production process.
4. Before printing, the client must review and approve the card in writing.
Transport
The mode of transport depends on the agreement with the client. We offer the following options:
1. Czech Post – This is the recommended shipping method. The client will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.
2. DHL – This is likely the fastest and safest delivery method, but it is also the most expensive. The client will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.
3. Other transport options – FedEx, PPL, shipping services, etc. This method is only used in exceptional cases.
4. Personal handover – Personal handover is possible if the client is located in Prague, or if a Safe4Pax representative is on a business trip to the client’s location.
Conclusion
1. The client receives a unique card from Safe4Pax, which is made exclusively for the specific customer with attention to detail and additional value elements. The cards are delivered as finished products.
2. Safe4Pax does not provide PDF/EPS print data. If requested, we can provide a JPG with a watermark of Safe4Pax. If necessary, we will supply a reduced-quality JPG with the Safe4Pax watermark.
3. The safety cards are the property of the client and are intended for use on board the client’s aircraft. However, it is also acceptable to use these cards for promotional purposes, such as with crew photos. If the client wishes to use the cards for other purposes, please contact Safe4Pax.
4. Safe4Pax reserves the right to include the following statement on the card: “Produced by Safe4Pax” in small print (approximately 6 pt). Competitors of Safe4Pax also apply this rule in practice.
5. In the case of additional printing without changes to the design, the client will only pay for the printing and transport costs.
6. Graphic processing and know-how are protected by copyright law and remain the property of Safe4Pax. We take action against the production of illegal copies that could harm the reputation of our company and our clients. For this reason, we do not provide print data. If necessary, we will provide a JPG in reduced quality with a Safe4Pax watermark.
7. Safe4Pax reserves the right to promote its work for the further development of the company, both on the company’s website and on social media.
By sending a written order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions set forth by Safe4Pax.
